In the chaotic and unprompted world we live in, the need to find peace or stability is mandatory. By doing basic exercises or techniques, it is simple to find out many things about yourself. Some of the things that you can discover are ways to find relaxation (keep yourself at peace), how you are as a person, and some undiscovered interests you may exhibit.
One simple thing that you could do every day, is to sit in silence for at least 5 minutes. This helps with clearing the mind. This a great thing to do at the end of the day, because you can reflect on the day’s activities and events. This time can also be used to list things that need to be taken care of the next day.
Another great technique is to listen to music for 10 minutes a day. Some individuals are not good with silence, so they are more creative or open minded with noise or sounds around them. I would recommend listening to your favorite playlist for at least 10 minutes, because this helps the body release tensions.
I like to, personally, do both techniques because they help me. Depending on the circumstances, I mostly favor sound over silence. This is due to the fact that I cannot focus well with silence. Through the sounds and silences on the Earth, many people find what makes them whole. Which keeps them sane inside.
